JYUSHINKAN, LLC is a limited liability company registered in the United States at 1480 Sumac Dr, Logan, Utah 84321. From that front office we run three divisions — clubs & teams, racetracks, and the independent side of the sport economy.
Sport is three businesses at once. The club side signs organizations and squads — pro and semi-pro, from major-league baseball to esports. The track side stages the venues — ovals, drag strips, thoroughbred and greyhound cards. The stable side backs the people in the middle: owners, jockeys, drivers, trainers, scouts, fighters and officials.
We built JYUSHINKAN so all three report to one desk. When a stable-side owner ships to a track we operate, or a club-side team books an official from our officials pool, the paperwork never leaves the clubhouse — it just moves across it.
Every engagement — club, track, athlete, owner or official — is written before anyone takes the field. Purses, fees, terms and exits live on paper, not in the dugout.
Each sport answers to its governing body, sanctioning commission and venue rules. We register, license and comply before we schedule — not after.
Statements go out after every event window. Athletes get paid, owners see splits, officials see fees — the board is wiped clean each week.
Sign the engagement, schedule it against the season, verify compliance with the governing body, then settle in writing. The loop repeats for every program on the card — a Friday fight, a Saturday stakes race, a Sunday fixture list.
That loop is why a jockey, a semi-pro club and a speedway can all sit on the same roster: the rules differ per sport, but the discipline never does.
No. We are a sports operations company. Leagues, sanctioning bodies and racing commissions govern their sports; JYUSHINKAN operates programs within them — clubs, tracks and independent engagements — under those rulebooks.
Yes — the stable side exists for independents: boxers, golfers, skiers, MMA professionals, jockeys, drivers, wrestlers and more, plus owners, stables, trainers, scouts and officials. Engagements are event- or season-based and always in writing.
Both track and stable sides. Tracks, speedways and drag strips are venue-side operations; race teams, owners, trainers, drivers and jockeys sit on the stable side. A single race meet can involve both divisions under one front office.
